A faster tour viewer, a new embed code, and VR headsets

Release 12.3 moves multi-photo 360° tours to our new viewer. It loads faster, moves more smoothly between photos and works the same on a phone, a laptop and a VR headset. Your tours, links and hotspots stay exactly as they are.
One embed code for every tour
The share box has a new embed code. Paste it into your website and the tour fits in cleanly, without the Orbix360 menus. Pick from three sizes. Embed codes you already placed on your site keep working.
Embedding is part of Pro and Premium Tour.
Info hotspots with style
Info hotspots can now carry styled text: bold, italic, underlined, bigger or smaller, in any colour, with a background behind the label. You can also:
choose an icon from the library, or upload your own;
change its colour, size and see-through level;
lay the icon flat on the floor or against a wall;
show the label all the time, or only when a visitor points at it.
Placing hotspots is easier
When you point at + Add hotspot in the editor, a see-through icon shows exactly where the new hotspot will land. On a computer you can now drag any hotspot straight to its new place in the photo, no Move button needed.
Step inside with a VR headset
Open a tour in the browser of a VR headset such as Meta Quest and choose Enter VR. Point with a controller, or with your hand, to follow navigation hotspots and open info hotspots. Buttons below your view take you to the previous or next photo and back out of VR. With a Cardboard viewer, simply look at a hotspot for a moment to follow it.
Tell us what you create tours for
My Orbs now asks, once, what you use Orbix360 for: real estate, architecture and design, construction, education, hospitality, travel, photography and more. Answering takes a few seconds, helps us build what you need, and gives a Free account room for another tour.
Try the new viewer on any tour in Explore.
